UK DELIVERY

Standard Delivery £2.99
Delivered within 2–3 working days.
FREE on orders over £75.

Next Day Delivery £5.99
Order before 2:00 pm (Monday–Thursday) for Next Day Delivery delivery.

Next Day Delivery is NOT available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

DISPATCH TIMES

Orders placed before 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day (excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

This applies to both Standard & Next Day Delivery services.

READY-TO-WEAR (PRET)

All Ready-to-Wear (Pret) items are in stock and available for Same Day Dispatch.

To qualify for same day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed before 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

MADE-TO-ORDER, STITCHED, UNSTITCHED & PRE-ORDERS

We endeavour to deliver all Made-to-Order, Stitched, Unstitched & Pre-Orders by the Expected Arrival Date stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

These dates are carefully calculated, and we successfully deliver on or before them for 99% of our orders. While we strive for precision, delivery timings may occasionally be subject to change.

Refund Policy
To ensure the quality of our bespoke services, refund requests due to delays will only be considered if delivery exceeds 14 days beyond the original Expected Arrival Date.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We deliver to over 40 countries worldwide.

Available delivery options and shipping rates for your location will be calculated at checkout once your address is entered.

Estimated Timeframes

  • Europe: 3–5 working days via Standard Tracked service
  • USA, Canada, UAE & Australia: 3–10 working days via Standard Tracked service
  • Rest of the World: Typically 3–10 working days via Tracked delivery

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are applied by local authorities once the parcel reaches its destination. As these fees vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance prior to purchase.

Delivery & Re-Delivery
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our couriers will typically make two further attempts on the following working days. Instructions for a more convenient re-delivery will be provided on the delivery card left by the courier.

Lost or Missing Parcels
For any delivery-related concerns—including parcels marked as delivered but not received—please contact our support team within 7 working days. This allows us to initiate a formal investigation with the courier. Claims typically take up to 28 days to process, and a full refund (including delivery costs) will be issued once the claim is successfully accepted.

Safe Location Requests
If you would like your order left in a secure location, please contact us immediately after purchase. While we strive to accommodate these requests, parcels left in a safe location are left at the recipient's own risk, and ALZENA LIMITED cannot be held liable for subsequent loss or damage.

UK Delivery Areas & Working Days
We deliver across the UK Mainland, Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, and all UK Offshore Islands. Please note that Working Days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays.
